From customers / dog owners:

- Personal contact details, bank information, tax data, social security information
- Optional information (birthday, preferences, etc.)
From business partners:

4. Appointment Booking and Contact via Third-Party Providers
Our website contains links to external booking systems through which appointments can be scheduled. Data entered there is transmitted directly to us. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective provider for more information.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address exclusively for sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The newsletter is sent via the service provider MailerLite and/or HubSpot. We have a data processing agreement with this provider in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Use of HubSpot for Landing Pages and Forms
We use the service provided by HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, to create and host landing pages and to carry out marketing activities.
We use HubSpot to create external landing pages (e.g., for signing up for waiting lists or the newsletter) that are hosted on a separate domain. When you visit such a landing page or use a form embedded there, personal data (e.g., name, email address, and any additional voluntary information) is transmitted to HubSpot and stored on HubSpot’s servers.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of handling your inquiry, organizing waiting lists, and – provided you have consented – sending marketing information (e.g., newsletters).
HubSpot also uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze user behavior and optimize our marketing activities. Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, in particular for sending newsletters).
The transfer of personal data to the U.S. is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. HubSpot is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

8. Data Retention and Deletion
Customer data will be deleted after 2 years of inactivity with no bookings. After deletion, a new registration including registration and behavior assessment is required for re-enrollment.
Employee data is stored in accordance with legal retention periods for up to 10 years and then deleted.
Data deletion upon request:
You may request the deletion of your data at any time, provided there are no legal retention obligations.
