From customers / dog owners:

- Optional information (birthday, preferences, etc.)

4. Appointment Booking and Contact via Third-Party Providers
Our website contains links to external booking systems through which appointments can be scheduled. Data entered there is transmitted directly to us. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective provider for more information.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address exclusively for sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The newsletter is sent via the service provider MailerLite. We have a data processing agreement with this provider in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Customer data will be deleted after 2 years of inactivity with no bookings. After deletion, a new registration including registration and behavior assessment is required for re-enrollment.
Employee data is stored in accordance with legal retention periods for up to 10 years and then deleted.
